Anforderungen und Druck, belastenden Situationen und den damit verbundenen negativen Emotionen. Coping beschreibt den Umgang mit solch belastenden Ereignisse und zielt darauf ab, Anforderungen zu bew\u00e4ltigen und die Funktionalit\u00e4t wiederherzustellen.<\/p><p>Die Palette an Copingstrategien ist gross und je nach Situation und Person k\u00f6nnen unterschiedliche Strategien zum Einsatz kommen, um in belastenden Situationen negativen Emotionen zu begegnen. Prinzipiell lassen sich zwei Arten von Strategien, die adaptiven und maladaptiven Strategien, unterscheiden. Adaptive Strategien (z.B. Akzeptanz, Neubewertung) sind eher selbstwertschonend, problemorientiert und damit angemessen, um mit negativen Emotionen m\u00f6glichst zielf\u00fchrend umzugehen. Maladaptive Strategien (z.B. Schwarzmalen, Selbstvorw\u00fcrfe) k\u00f6nnen eher als selbstwertsch\u00e4digend beschrieben werden und stellen damit weniger angemessene Strategien der Emotionsregulation dar.<\/p><p>Je nach Situation ist die ein oder andere Strategie eventuell angemessener oder zielf\u00fchrender.
